The project does not provide custody, exchange or financial advice. Tax and regulatory matters must be assessed according to the publisher's specific circumstances. Any donations are voluntary gifts.

3. License and source code

The source code is distributed under the MIT license (LICENSE) and is available on GitHub. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, as stated in the MIT license.

4. Non-affiliation disclaimer

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bitcoin, the Bitcoin Foundation, bitcoin.org or the bitcoin-blake2b project. The name is used only to describe the supported network. bitcoin-blake2b is a separate experimental network: coins, addresses and transactions are not interchangeable with Bitcoin.

5. No financial service

Btc Blake2b Wallet is self-custody software: the author does not custody, hold or access user keys or funds. It is not a custody service, exchange or source of financial advice. Use of the app is at the user's sole risk.

6. Liability

The author is not liable for losses resulting from misuse, lost seeds, compromised devices, errors in the bitcoin-blake2b network or third parties such as public APIs queried by the app. Anyone who self-custodies funds is responsible for securing their seed.
